Erica Floyd, P.E. has been a Project Engineer on projects throughout the Gulf Coast area.  Here is a brief list of projects.

COMMERCIAL:

Gateway Garden Building - Pensacola, FL: Construction of a new 5-story, 50,000 SF bank and office space located in downtown Pensacola.

Sacred Heart Children's Hospital - Pensacola, FL: Construction of a new 150,000 SF addition to the existing Women's and Children's Hospital.

New Plant for Cape Horn - Milton, FL: 65,000 SF boat manufacturing plant within East Milton Industrial Park.

Holiday Harbor - Perdido Key, FL: This project involved the expansion and construction of a dry boat storage facility and parking areas.

Little Caesar's - Milton, FL: Retrofit of existing site to accomodate restaurant.

Olive Road Food Mart - Pensacola, FL: Project included the installation of fuel pumps and an underground fuel storage tank at an existing convenience store.

RESIDENTIAL:

Cambria Subdivision - Milton, FL: 170 residential lot subdivision near Avalon Middle and Bennett Russell Elementary Schools.

Hawk's Landing Subdivision - Pace, FL: 177 residential lot subdivision on Chumuckla Highway.

Vintage Creek Subdivision - Pensacola, FL: 161 residential lot subdivision on West Nine Mile Road.

MUNICIPAL:

Redwood Circle Culvert Replacement - Escambia County, FL: Culvert and Roadway Improvements.

Campbell Road Improvements - Century, FL: Roadway and Drainage Improvements.

East Milton Wastewater Treatment Facility - Santa Rosa County, FL

MILITARY:

Air Makeup Unit #1 (AMU1) Building Repair - Eglin Air Force Base, FL: Site Berm Drain Installation at McKinley Climatic Laboratory.

F-35 STOVL Simulated Carrier Practice Landing Deck at Duke Field - Eglin Air Force Base, FL: Stormwater and Utility Project Engineer of Record.

TRANSPORTATION (Advanced MOT):

MOT Plans - Various Events: Road closure and Detour plans have been provided and permitted for many events in the region.

CSX Railroad - Century, FL: Project included the closure of State Road 4 and FDOT permitting with corresponding MOT and detour plan.

Destin Marathon - Mary Esther, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and Okaloosa County, FL: Project included MOT design and permitting.

STORMWATER (Retrofit):

University Mall Site Renovation - Pensacola, FL

Baptist Hospital Renovations (including the West Expansion and Pond & Fountain Removal) – Pensacola, FL

St. Christopher's Episcopal Church Sidewalk and Drainage Improvements - Pensacola, FL
